Connected and Community-Focused
Building meaningful relationships with families and our local community.
At Carlton House, we believe early learning is strongest when children, families and community feel genuinely connected. From local partnerships to cultural celebrations and acts of kindness, community is woven into the everyday life of our centre.

Carlton House is proud to be a community-focused early learning centre in Dubbo. We value meaningful relationships with families, local organisations and the wider community, creating a place where children feel connected, supported and proud of the world around them.
Through everyday interactions, shared experiences and community involvement, we help children develop empathy, respect and a sense of belonging from an early age.

Our Giveback Program is a meaningful part of life at Carlton House. We believe that supporting others and contributing to our community helps build the foundations of kindness, empathy and connection in children.
From our community pantry to fundraising events and local charitable initiatives, we are proud to create opportunities for children and families to be part of something bigger than themselves.
